Il a vite compris l'état des lieux de la situation et a su poursuivre ce qui avait déjà été entrepris. Il a pris le temps de m'expliquer les gestes pour l'installation et a insisté sur sa disponibilité en cas de fuites futures. Vraiment professionnel.

Plombier très réactif et professionnel. Nous l'avons appelé le soir et il est venu dès le lendemain matin. Très efficace et soucieux du travail bien fait, il a rappelé ensuite pour s'assurer qu'il n'y avait pas de nouvelle fuite. Je recommande ce professionnel les yeux fermés.

Professionnel très sympathique. Pédagogue. Travail bien fait et rapide. Tarif intéressant 90 € pour débouchage canalisation (pompe + furet électrique + produit), 18 € pour le déplacement. Je recommande vivement et ferai de nouveau appel à cette société si besoin. N'hésitez pas à demander un devis, vous serez recontacté rapidement.

Appel à CTB pour installation d'un point d'eau extérieur. Devis établi sur information données (il n'y avait pas de complexité donc pas de nécessité de se déplacer, on gagne du temps). Réactif et de bons conseils (entre les souhaits du client et le réel… parfois ;-) ). Délais respectés et chantier propre. Tarif correct (en franchise de TVA actuellement, c'est encore mieux). Et un bon suivi puisque appel client plusieurs semaines après intervention pour savoir si aucun problème n'est survenu. Dans mes contacts pour de futurs travaux et/ou réparations !

Responsive and good advice (sometimes between the client's wishes and reality ;-) ). Deadlines were met and the site was clean. Fair price (currently VAT-free, which is even better). And good follow-up, as I called the client several weeks after the work to find out if any problems had arisen. I'm in contact for future work and/or repairs!

Nous habitons en Maurienne et après plusieurs tentatives pour faire travailler les plombiers du coin, nous avons pris CTB Plomberie car aucun ne donnait suite à nos appels. Il a répondu présent et après une visite détaillée, nous a donné un devis très raisonnable. Le travail effectué est propre et correspond à nos attentes, il est de bons conseils.

Excellent plombier, très professionnel ! Le travail est toujours impeccable et parfaitement réalisé. Suite à un blocage dans l'ensemble de la salle de bain et de la cuisine, CBT plomberie a su trouver le problème et le résoudre en peu de temps, très efficacement. Je recommande les yeux fermés !
